I was just going to tell you all about how I am going to buy new luggage for my trip to Poland. Then I remembered that I had already wrote about this. How sad. I get excited now about buying new luggage. I feel like Ed Norton in Fight Club when he would get so wrapped up in buying new furniture. However, I must tell you that Christa and I are looking at getting furniture for our new place, and it is very exciting. But anyways, back to the issue of consumerism. It’s somewhat sad. But I suppose there is nothing to do but embrace it. Tomorrow me and the local travel store and gonna get acquainted!

I do have more visceral things happening though. Like just the other day, part of my ear got ripped off, that was quite exciting. It happened during hurling and the blood running down my neck did may me look rather tough I bet. When I took the tape off at home, it hurt a bit more though. It was just a scrap on the outside, nothing too big, but sshh, don’t tell anyone, I gotta maintain my tough reputation!
