Do you have what it takes to become a citizen? (QUIZ!)

I came across the quiz titled, ‘Do you have what it takes to become a citizen?’ and thought I’d give it a go. MSNBC took some of the harder questions from the test and posted them online in quiz form. I got a 95%, go me! This not only qualifies me to be a citizen, but makes me feel slightly superior to others ;)

I got one question wrong (it was a trick question) but this balanced out another question that I got right purely by guessing. Give it a shot and let me know what you get.

which did you think was a trick question? I got the INS document question wrong. I don't feel bad about that.

I got the INS question right but just by luck. I got the Supreme
Court justice question wrong. The are appointed by the president but
approved by the Senate. I just thought it was a bit tricky I guess and
over-analyzed it. I also luckily guessed on one of the amendment
    questions.

Do you feel like a better American now?

I also got the INS question wrong and got 95% on the test. I thought the supreme court one was a bit tricky too. I feel like I luckily guessed on several of the ammendment questions. I'm not sure how I would have done if I would have had to provide the answers on my own like the real test.

Some of the amendment ones were a bit tricky. I feel it's like asking something along the lines of, 'What material is most commonly used to make nuclear weapons' and then asking 'what is the atomic number'. I know in general what the amendments provide for, but the numbers usually escape me.

On a similar note, I am trying to come up with a general humanities type of quiz to see how people would do, specifically how scientists would do. I think we often see these science quizes that people do so poorly on and think 'man, people are really stupid.' And I think scientists are often on their high horse about this one because we feel it's important to know science. But I wonder how people would fare in a general humanties type quiz? My bet is that we wouldn't do so good. I should finish that up I guess!
