What are we eating?

So when I was in China, I saw people snacking on things like this. You could buy them in vending machines and it came with a little cleanup kit and a glove, very convenient.

But if it makes you feel any better, this is our version of the duck head.

Apparently, some people don't like cheese

But all that was just a warm up. I was eating one of these the other day and I thought to myself, what the hell am I eating?

Sweet chocolatey egg goodness

It’s all chocolate, which I can really get behind. But it’s shaped to look like an animal egg. And even more than that, the inside is designed to look like an animal fetus? Oh man, that’s just kinda weird. Also, I think on the commercials (at least here in the US) the egg is laid by a rabbit. Huh??

But for all that, I still love it. In fact, there is one sitting in front of me right now giving me the hairy eyeball. Soon chocolate egg, soon it will be your turn too.
